NOC DPIIT

1. Prepare the requisite documents
2. Submit the documents through Mail Channel to DPIIT Authority
3. The Technical Committee is appointed inclusive of BIS officials from the Concerned Department and also the Ministry officials.
4. Scrutiny by Competent Authority
5. Grant of NOC Letter

1. Prepare the Soft copy of the required documents2. Use Registered mail ID, IEC Code and Contact Number for the communication with the competent authority3. Submit the information and documents to the competent authority through mail Channel at the respective concerned officials4. Wait for the scrutiny by the Dealing Officer from the Concerned Ministry5. Grant of NOC Letter

1. Mill Test Certificate
2. Copy of Commercial Invoice
3. Clear Information about HS Code and Tariff
4. Copy of Bill of Lading
5. Copy of Bill of Entry (if material already at Indian Port)
6. Product Photograph
7. Format Clarification of the Product with the nearest Indian Standard Grade
8. Clear information about the product being out of purview of BIS Certification process
9. Copy of International Standard

3. Submit the information and documents to the competent authority through mail Channel
4. Wait for the scrutiny by the Dealing Officer from the Concerned Ministry
