2. Submit the documents through Online Portal to SIMS and MoS authority

3. Scrutiny by Competent Authority

4. Grant of NOC Letter

1. Prepare the Soft copy of the required documents

2. Use Registered mail ID, IEC Code and Contact Number for communication with the competent authority

3. Upload the information and documents to the competent authority through SIMS 2.0 Portal

4. Wait for the scrutiny by the Dealing Officer from the Concerned Ministry

5. Grant of NOC Letter
