5. List of complete manufacturing Machinery

6. List of Raw Material with Supplier's Information and Test Certificates

7. Complete In-House Test Equipment details with Calibration Certificates

8. Complete Manufacturing Process Flow Description

9. Quality Control Personnel Details such as Appointment Letter, Qualification Certificate, ID Proof, Passport Sized Photograph, Experience (in Years) in the applicant's Firm

10. In-House Test Report for the Product as per the Indian Standard Specification

11. Undertakings and Declarations, if any

3. Login to ManakOnline Portal by Username and Password

4. Submit the details required over the portal

5. Pay the requisite Fee to BIS

6. Wait for the Communication from BIS towards the visit

7. Preliminary Inspection is conducted by BIS Official

8. Grant of License, on the successful verification of all the details
